Plan Rank Gates Without a Forecast

Choose your current rank, then tick one or more desired reward categories. The highest selected reward rank becomes the goal, and the planner lists every reward gate from the next rank through that goal. With no selected goal, choose a target rank instead. A reward already at or below your rank is shown as eligible; it does not add a step to the path.

The step count is transparent arithmetic on the displayed rank numbers: target rank minus current rank, floored at zero. It is a count of rank steps, not a Rank Points formula. Blizzard's October 7 reward map describes categories available to purchase based on rank; it does not confirm current vendor stock, prices, a purchase, or ownership.Source: Blizzard, How PvP Progression in World of Warcraft: Forever Works, published October 7, 2026; “Gearing Up for Battle,” reward list and Character Pane paragraph; retrieved October 8, 2026.

Legacy Rank Challenges

Blizzard lists PvP rank challenges at ranks 3, 7, 10, 13, and 14. Each completed challenge grants one account-wide Legacy Point. The planner counts milestones along the selected rank path, then subtracts any milestone you mark as already earned on your account. Those checkboxes are your notes; the planner does not read account progress. Blizzard also lists Field of Honor Journey challenges for weeks 4, 7, and 10. They are separate account challenges, not rank steps; see the Legacy guide.Source: Blizzard, Get to Know the World of Warcraft: Forever Legacy System, “A Look at Legacy Challenges,” PvP category, weeks 4, 7, and 10; retrieved October 8, 2026.

Limits and Conventions

The planner maps announced reward categories to rank eligibility. It does not estimate Rank Points, time, weeks, matches, Honor, cost, vendor stock, or item ownership. A selected rank below your current rank is already eligible.

The Blizzard interface illustration labels the starting state “Civilian.” Rank 0 is this planner's numeric convention for that state; reward gates begin at Rank 1.Source: Blizzard PvP progression interface illustration, Civilian panel; retrieved October 8, 2026.
