The Forever guide is sold at a flat price, with no subscription term listed: $30 for Horde or Alliance, or $45 for both factions, in the October 17 product text. Choose the faction you will play: Horde, Alliance, or both. Installing the free addon does not unlock paid content. Purchased-guide setup requires your RestedXP account, Battle.net ID and a guide-string import. Before paying, check delivered coverage, the final total and the qualified platform and refund terms; refunds are discretionary, not guaranteed.

RestedXP's Roadmap

Orders are open, and RestedXP's Forever roadmap plans a Dungeon Leveling Guide and a Legacy Guide. RestedXP opened orders on September 14, 2026, in a community post. Stage 2 is "built around efficient dungeon runs, with open-world questing between dungeons when needed". The Legacy Guide will cover Legacy achievements on standard servers, and "Separate Hardcore Legacy achievements planned for the future will not be included."

GitHub lists v4.11.26 at our October 18 UTC capture; its note says “Improved dungeon selection prompt”. The earlier v4.11.25 note says “Disabled dungeons for solo guide”. A separate October 17 CurseForge extraction lists v4.11.24. How the Addon Works

RestedXP's getting-started guide lists three steps: download the addon, add your Battle.net ID to your RestedXP account, then import the guide string in game. It says purchased guides are "bound to your account and Battle.net-ID"; RestedXP's terms exempt free included guides from that restriction. Its custom documentation explains writing routes with steps that show or hide by class, race or game version. Neither page mentions WoW: Forever. What the Speedrun Guide Covers, and What Comes Later

Two Guides and a Discovery Feature

RestedXP says the Forever Leveling Guides include both of its planned guides. It is preparing "two distinct guide experiences": a Speedrun Guide for the fastest leveling and a Legacy Guide for Forever's Legacy achievements. RestedXP's October 9 update announces Skyborne starter routes for Horde levels 1 to 12 and Alliance levels 1 to 14. Stage 3 and the Levels 35 to 60 Gap

RestedXP plans Forever routes for levels 35 to 60 after launch; until then, its existing Era guides "remain available" for that range. Stage 3, "Launch & Beyond," says those routes "will be released after launch for both the Speedrun and Dungeon Leveling guides." Endgame Plans for After Leveling

RestedXP's endgame plan says: "Our addon will also cover important progression after leveling, including attunements, dungeon keys, and the Tier 0.5 questline." Blizzard confirmation of the Tier 0.5 questline remains unverified here.

Features Listed as Coming

The September 28 Forever page listed these as coming tools; the October 17 product lists the Upgrade Finder and Enhanced Talent Builder as plans. The Upgrade Finder "will be optimized for World of Warcraft: Forever, making it easier to find useful Auction House upgrades." The Enhanced Talent Builder promises talent recommendations while leveling and "optimized Legacy Point paths for every class." The v4.11.12 release notes list Auction House steps for early caster levels in Forever; that is release-note evidence, not a runtime test.

Does RestedXP have a reputation-oriented leveling route?

RestedXP's Forever Speedrun Guide focuses on fast leveling. Its product page also plans Discovery for new Forever content and Legacy for Legacy achievements. RestedXP's general custom guide documentation, which does not mention Forever, includes a command that completes a step when the required reputation is reached. Where to Find the Forever Guide on RestedXP's Site

To find the guide, use the Forever page or the header menu instead of the main guide catalog. In the September 28 captures, the Forever page header listed Forever under "Expansions," and the homepage showed a "NEW" Forever tile under "World of Warcraft: Classic." The main guide catalog has no Forever tab and does not mention Forever.

The Free Addon Already Carries Forever Routes

A Licensing Conflict Worth Knowing

In our September 28 check, GitHub's LICENSE file read "Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International," while CurseForge listed "All Rights Reserved" (still shown in an October 17 extraction). Updates, Imports and Bonus XP

RestedXP's Help Center says updates are "planned to be very frequent & 100% free of charge."Source: RestedXP help center, checked Sep 28, 2026. You need to be online only for the first import and for later updates. Our setup guide covers its three named import errors.

The Help Center describes an EXP Slider for heirlooms and bonus XP, without naming Forever or its Legacy perks.

Those perks can change a route. Refunds, Platforms and Existing-Customer Pricing

RestedXP's Refund Policy

RestedXP's terms say "we generally do not offer refunds for completed orders," though it "may consider refund requests in our sole discretion."Source: RestedXP terms and conditions, public text extraction Oct 17, 2026. The terms add that an order you have not downloaded "may be eligible" if you contact support within 30 days, and that "all refund decisions are final and not subject to appeal." Your account must also be active.

To ask, email support with "Refund Request" and your order number in the subject line, plus your account email and a brief summary of extenuating circumstances. The terms say missing details "will automatically disqualify your request."

RestedXP supports "Windows and Mac at the moment." Using unsupported platforms such as Linux or Proton "forfeits your eligibility for a refund." If the in-game guide is unavailable, the terms provide a website guide instead and rule out a refund while either option is distributed. Check those terms before paying.

Duplicate and Split Purchases

If you buy the same product twice by accident, RestedXP's Help Center says you can refund one. Asked "I accidentally bought the same product twice, can I refund one?", it answers "You can!" through a ticket in RestedXP's Discord. Loyalty Pricing and Other Discounts

When asked about a returning-customer discount, RestedXP's Help Center answers "We do!" and says it shows as a crossed-out price when you are logged in to an account with a past purchase. In our signed-out October 2 cart check through our link, totals were $27.00 for Horde or Alliance and $40.50 for both factions, a 10% reduction. We have not rechecked it since; it may not apply now. Loyalty and upgrade discounts are RestedXP's own.

How the Price Fits RestedXP's Other Guides, and Blizzard's Add-on Rules

In the September 28 catalog capture, Forever sat between RestedXP's other guides. Its Classic Era speedrun guide lists at $25 per faction or $35 for both, and its Midnight guide at $35 or $50; Forever is $30 or $45.Source: RestedXP guide catalog, checked Sep 28, 2026. What Blizzard's Add-on Policy Says

Blizzard's UI Add-On Development Policy, a pinned forum post by community manager Kaivax, says "Add-ons must be free of charge." It bars developers from charging "for services related to the add-on" or requiring payment "to download or access an add-on."Blizzard: Blizzard UI Add-On Development Policy, checked Sep 28, 2026. The policy never names WoW: Forever. Our September 28 forum search found no Blizzard statement applying it to RestedXP or any other paid guide. RestedXP gives the addon away and sells the guide content separately. Whether that satisfies the policy is Blizzard's call. The leveling addons comparison covers free alternatives.

What Blizzard Has Said About Forever Addons

Blizzard says it chose the modern API for Forever and doesn't want players to feel they need add-ons. At a Sep 17, 2026 Developer Q&A, Blizzard said "we did opt for the modern API approach" for Forever addons. It added that "we also very much don't want players to feel like they need add-ons in order to play the game."Blizzard: World of Warcraft Developer Q&A, captions retained Sep 26, 2026. The same answer named a built-in damage meter and cooldown manager. Neither is a leveling guide.

A forum search on Sep 28, 2026 found no staff post about guide addons or addon bans in Forever. The September 28 check found no staff reply in Ban Leveling Addons or the first page of Should blizzard block addons?. Later pages were not checked.

Dated coverage and verification limits

RestedXP's shop roadmap, captured September 28, labeled Stage 1 Work in Progress and Stage 2 Coming soon. Its October 9 update announces Phase 1 (the 1–35 guides) complete and Phase 2 Dungeon Guide work started. Buying in the shop becomes a delivery question: what guide content exists inside the addon? We have not verified the paid range or the next import. The September 28 roadmap capture pairs Discovery with Speedrun and plans it after launch, possibly earlier. Its Horde product page describes optimized leveling rather than pure speed. Speedrun travel and training remain untested; the Dungeon Guide still plans efficient runs.
