Combat is our first-route recommendation because the reported tree puts Blade Flurry before its 31-point Adrenaline Rush. This is a talent allocation, not a measured leveling-speed or damage ranking.

What Forever Rogue change matters while questing?
Blizzard's September 24 beta notes list a fix: Sap "now correctly flags the Rogue for PvP when used on a target that is PvP flagged." This is a confirmed beta note, not a talent-tree change. See the Rogue changes and reported tree notes and the Forever class changes.

The reported Combat tree lists Adrenaline Rush as its 31-point talent. On the usual one-point-per-level schedule, point 31 arrives at level 40; the Talented Legacy perk can change the character level when a point unlocks.
Can every race be a Rogue?
No. Blizzard's Forever race and class table lists the Alliance and Horde choices in the matrix above and excludes Tauren.
