What Blizzard has announced

The September 12 What's Next recap places Riverglades among the new regions planned for the original world. Its description is a frontier shaped by waterways, grasslands, trade routes, struggling communities, and old grudges. It places more than 150 new quests across much of the mid-30s to mid-40s experience, but gives no exact starting or ending level.

The later Found Photos recap calls Riverglades a mid-level zone roughly the size of Stranglethorn Vale. It describes a ship route from Tanaris through the Steamwheedle Cartel toward Riverglades, with Powderfuse Port as the named destination. Its Riverglades paragraph also names Powderfuse goblins, gnolls, ogres, the Twilight's Hammer, and the Brotherhood of the Horse.

Two official quest totals, one open question

Blizzard's September recaps give two figures. The table keeps each beside its own scope so the later number does not silently replace the earlier one.

Both figures describe planned content. Blizzard has not said whether they count different scopes or whether the later total revises the earlier one. Keep them separate; adding, averaging, or choosing a winner would create an answer the sources do not give.

What the level band does and does not tell you

The earlier recap says Riverglades covers much of the mid-30s to mid-40s experience. That is useful as a broad planning window, not as a level 35 to 45 bracket. The later source calls the region mid-level without narrowing the endpoints.

No reviewed source gives a minimum level, a maximum level, a faction-specific route, or an ordered quest chain. A detailed leveling walkthrough would have to guess at those pieces, so this guide stops at the published band and setting.

Which spelling does Blizzard use?

Blizzard's recap and official trailer use Riverglades. A community post uses Riverlands, but that spelling is unverified and has no first-party confirmation in the research record. This guide follows Blizzard's published spelling.

What remains open

• Exact minimum and maximum levels
• Questline order and named chains
• A complete map and internal travel routes
• Faction-specific paths through the zone
• Whether the quest totals use different scopes
• Whether Riverlands is more than a community spelling

Until Blizzard fills in those gaps, treat the mid-30s to mid-40s phrase as broad guidance and both quest counts as separate announcements.
