Blizzard's September 22 race and class tables confirm all three choices. The sources do not compare leveling speed by race. Forsaken racials add utility to consider: Cannibalize restores Health and Mana over time, and Touch of the Grave gives attacks a chance to drain life. Those are racial effects, not evidence of a faster leveling route.
