Finding the Entrance

The Train Depot has two portals: the western front entrance goes to the Clockwork Run; the northern back entrance goes to the Engineering Labs. For Horde travel, check Sovik in Orgrimmar's engineering shop for Chief Engineer Scooty, then Scooty at the Booty Bay docks for Gnomer-gooooone! and the Goblin Transponder. The reported chain includes picking up Rig Wars first. Agree on the front or back entrance with your group before setting out. A meeting point is more useful than assuming everyone has the same shortcut access.

Fitting a Run Into Leveling

Gnomeregan FAQ

Is Gnomeregan available in the Forever beta?

Yes. Blizzard's October 1 notes list it among the already-available dungeons, checked again October 3.

Does the 29–38 recommendation mean I need level 29 to enter?

No verified beta entry gate follows from that recommendation. It is Wowhead's guide range; Blizzard's current beta cap is 30. Confirm the group plan in game rather than treating an old range as an eligibility rule.
