Is Zygor worth it for WoW Forever?

Our Purchase Decision

This is a purchase-fit judgment, based on published access and billing terms. It is not a performance review, and we have not signed into a member account to inspect a Forever download.

Forever Development, Downloads and Launch Coverage

Zygor's current Forever page says development is taking place in the beta, but warns that launch coverage may be a partial 1–60 update, with more work afterward. It describes an upcoming Client release and offers download notifications. Those are different signals from an available package: we have not verified one in a member account.

Zygor describes its new-zone leveling routes as updated, while planning a Skyborne starter guide, dungeon content and changes to professions, travel and talent advice. That vendor progress claim does not verify a member download. The older September 15 announcement said it did not plan beta-ready guides; beta development alone does not establish a beta download. The Zygor overview tracks the scope in more detail.

For a Forever-only buyer, the next useful check is the Client's exact game version and guide list. A general Classic or Retail guide is not proof of a Forever route.

Basic, Elite and the Free-Trial Link

On October 3, Zygor's Free Trial link redirected to its registration page. The rendered screen asked for a Zygor Basic account and showed the account type as Basic, free, with no rebilling. We did not submit registration. The period=t parameter is not a statement of trial length.

Use Basic to see whether the Guide Viewer suits you on a version the sample supports. Before upgrading, check which sample guides are included and whether any special Elite trial terms appear for your account. The public screen checked here does not verify a Forever sample.

What the Subscription Costs Over Time

These are calculations from the October 3 listed rates, before any checkout adjustment. Quarterly billing saves $5 against three monthly payments, but commits more money at the start. Choose it only if you expect to use that period. Zygor's page labels the plans as billed monthly and billed quarterly; account cancellation and the next renewal date deserve a check before payment.

Zygor advertises cancellation at any time. Its terms say it does not provide refunds and prices can change. Canceling future billing should not be treated as getting an already paid period back. There is no refund-backed reason to subscribe early solely for an unverified download.

Alternatives for Forever Players

RestedXP sells separate Forever guides with a one-time price: $30 for a faction or $45 for both in the site's October 2 product check. Its paid guide is still being built and the vendor does not name a finished paid level range. The RestedXP purchase guide weighs its access and refund limits; Zygor vs RestedXP compares both purchase models.

The free RestedXP addon also bundles starter routes; the site's October 2 code reading found speedrun routes ending at level 21 for Alliance and 22 for Horde. That is code evidence, not our in-game test or a promise about the paid route.

Questie, Guidelime and TomTom offer other starting points, from quest markers to a waypoint arrow. Begin there if your goal is simply finding objectives rather than following a paid route. Paying more does not establish faster leveling.

Before You Pay

1. Check the exact Forever guide available in your Client or the vendor's current download notice.
2. Check faction, level range and which features are delivered rather than planned.
3. Try the Basic sample's interface on a supported version.
4. Confirm the amount due today, billing period and next renewal date.
5. Read cancellation and refund terms, then choose a period you will actually use.

For installation, use the Zygor setup walkthrough. Its screenshots of existing Client versions help explain the process; they do not certify a Forever download.
