WoW Forever Level-30 Gear Options
Compare source-listed Wetlands reward choices and a Blacksmithing helm by slot and stats.
By HarenilPublished Updated
For a melee two-hand mace, compare Heavehammer; for a staff, Healer's Staff; for a mixed-stat cloak, Explorer's League Dustcover. The quest page lists these as one choice, not three rewards for one character.

TL;DR
Mace: Heavehammer. Caster or healer staff: Healer's Staff. Back slot: Explorer's League Dustcover. Prehistoric Prism lists one choice.

Choose One Listed Wetlands Reward
The current Forever quest record lists three mutually exclusive rewards for Prehistoric Prism. Match the choice to a missing slot and the stats you want; the record does not show what a level-30 character receives in game. These are database-listed options with an unverified acquisition path, not confirmed upgrades.

| Role or slot to compare | Listed item and tooltip | Listed path and choice consequence |
|---|---|---|
| Melee with a two-hand mace slot | Heavehammer, item level 33: 73–110 damage, 3.30 speed (27.73 DPS), +7 Agility, +70 Armor, +26 Attack Power. | Lost Relic Carry is listed as starting from a Titan Relic dropped by Relic Guardian in Excavation Site: Wetlands; it leads to Prehistoric Prism. Turn in to High Explorer Magellas in Ironforge. Choosing the mace excludes the staff and cloak. |
| Caster or healer comparing a two-hand staff | Healer's Staff, item level 33: 43–65 damage, 2.60 speed (20.77 DPS), +12 Stamina, +5 mana per 5 sec, up to +67 healing and +22 spell damage. | The same Prehistoric Prism reward panel lists this staff. Choosing it gives up Heavehammer and the cloak; class access and upgrade value are not established here. |
| Character filling a Back slot | Explorer's League Dustcover, item level 33: 25 Armor, +4 Strength, +4 Agility, +7 Intellect. Its item record lists the Alliance side but does not say Horde characters cannot equip it. | This is the third listed Prehistoric Prism choice. Selecting the cloak means giving up both weapons; the reward panel and level-30 receipt were not observed. |
The quest listing reports Lost Relic Carry at required level 24, with a Dungeon start and Titan Relic source. Its series places Prehistoric Prism second. Those are current database path fields and community reports, not a witnessed drop, accepted quest, or completed turn-in.
Read Item Levels and Requirements Literally
The saved ItemSparse export for client build 1.60.1.70205 records each Wetlands item at item level 33 and RequiredLevel 0. Those are literal item fields; they do not prove quest access, reward eligibility, or equipping on a level-30 character. The tooltip stats above come from the Forever item pages. Blizzard's October 1 notes list a level-30 beta cap and Excavation Site: Wetlands at 26–31, which makes the zone relevant context but confirms none of these item paths.
Compare a Blacksmithing Head-Slot Lead
For a Strength and mail head-slot comparison, Veteran's Chain Helm is listed at item level 30 and required level 25, with 177 Armor, +12 Strength, and +11 Stamina. The beta client lists it as a Blacksmithing recipe, yellow at skill 130, using 8 Bronze Bars, 2 Coarse Grinding Stones and 6 Small Lustrous Pearls with a Blacksmith Hammer as the toolReported, press or datamine, not confirmed. The client does not show where the plans are learned.
