What level should you plan around?

Use Blizzard's 25+ label when comparing which dungeons the beta has opened. The same update puts the beta cap at 30. Wowhead's Forever guide recommends 37–43, above that cap. It also warns that unavailable-dungeon material can come from Classic or the database. Location and Entrance Reference

The current Forever client places Razorfen Downs in The Barrens on Kalimdor. Wowhead's entrance reference places RFD at the southern Barrens border with Thousand Needles, east just before the Great Lift. Its approach suggestions are:

• Alliance: Booty Bay boat to Ratchet, then travel south through the Barrens.
• Horde: Camp Taurajo, then travel south toward the Great Lift.

Before Your First Beta Run

• Confirm that everyone means Razorfen Downs, rather than the separate Razorfen Kraul instance.
• Check the quests actually offered to your character and their prerequisites before the group travels.
• Agree on a meeting point and whether the group is testing access, quest completion or a full clear.
• Compare a run with continued questing in the leveling guide; access alone is not a measure of leveling efficiency.

Blizzard reduced dungeon quests' extra experience beyond normal quest values by 50% in the October 1 update. That does not mean the total reward was halved.
