Press Spend talent points, spend your points, then press Copy build link. Links made before a data update still open: points in a talent that is gone are dropped, and the calculator says how many.

Confirmed as Legacy perks, not class-style trees. The account-wide Legacy System has Professions, Adventure and Resourcefulness trees with a 16-point launch spending cap (Deep Dive recap). Professions themselves get 600+ new recipes and campsite crafted objects.

How to use the calculator

Add a point

Click a talent, or focus it and press Enter. On a touch screen the first tap shows the talent and a second tap opens the calculator.

Remove a point

Right-click the talent, or focus it and press minus, Backspace or Delete. Each tree has its own Reset.

Fill a talent

Shift-click it.

Plan below 60

Type a level. The calculator caps your points and shows the level the build needs. It does not count the Legacy perk Talented.

Share or keep

Copy build link reopens the build. Save build keeps it in this browser under My builds.

What Blizzard has said

Trees keep seven rows, with 1-point milestones at 11, 16, 21 and 31 points (Deep Dive recap). Confirmed.
Divine Spirit, Blessing of Kings and Improved Mark of the Wild are baseline, not talents. Confirmed.
Paladins get a new kit; the Paladin page covers it. Confirmed.
The September 24 beta notes change trees for every class. Confirmed.
A beta re-spec costs 1 silver if you have not changed talents recently. Confirmed (beta only). The launch cost is Not announced.

Where the sources disagree

Source conflict: Blizzard's notes swap Bastion (Row 5) and Focused Rage (Row 6). The beta client read, build 1.60.1.70009, still has Bastion on Row 5 and Focused Rage on Row 6. The trees on this page follow Blizzard; the calculator shows the client rows.

Crusade is gone from build 1.60.1.70009, a Retribution talent that raised all damage dealt by up to 2%. Blizzard's September 24 notes do not mention it. Reported (client read, WoW Forever Talents).

How many talent points do you get in WoW Forever?

51 at level 60, the same total as Classic Era, and each row of a tree opens after 5 points in that tree. That comes from the community client read and is Reported. Blizzard's Legacy perk Talented unlocks points up to 5 levels earlier (Confirmed).

How much does a talent re-spec cost?

In the beta, 1 silver if you have not changed talents recently. The next re-spec costs much more, and the price drops back after 1 hour. Blizzard says this price is for the beta only. The launch cost is Not announced.
